New webinar series for parents and carers launched
Ambitious about Autism has today launched a new webinar series, Talking Tuesdays, for parents and carers on the Talk about Autism online community.
Talk about Autism is the online community for parents and carers of autistic children and young people. It’s a place where parents and carers can access:
- an online space where you can be yourself and connect with others who share your joys and understand your worries as a parent or carer of an autistic child
- a private and safe space for you to share experiences and discuss the issues that matter to you
- tailored information to support your parenting journey, practical resources and the latest news relevant to parents and carers
- exclusive access to the Talking Tuesdays webinar series featuring experts, advocates, and a range of contributors with a professional interest and lived experience of autism.
Talking Tuesdays is a webinar series for parents and carers of autistic children and young people. The webinars are available on demand so parents and carers can watch them at a time that suits them.
We will be sharing a new webinar on the last Tuesday of every month – with topics ranging from mental capacity to getting an autism diagnosis and writing a will. Talking Tuesdays will feature experts, advocates, and a range of contributors with a professional interest and lived experience of autism.
